Nissin Sugar Co., Ltd. and ITOCHU Sugar Co., Ltd. integrated their operations as of January 1, 2023, creating a group structure with WELLNEO SUGAR Co., Ltd. (the Company) as the holding company.
Then, on October 1, 2024, the Company merged with Nissin Sugar Co., Ltd. and ITOCHU Sugar Co., Ltd., with the Company as the surviving company.
